Solution

The MVP primarily focused on acquiring contractors and prioritized registration and onboarding, talent profile, and screening.

  • Deferred physical contract signing to job application stage and enabled profile autofill from resumes to remove early friction.
  • Designed rich talent profiles to showcase work samples, verified reviews and references, and even video intros to help contractors highlight their strengths.
  • Incorporated AI for talent matching and analyzing key eligibility criteria in talent profiles to reduce screening effort.
