Solution

The MVP primarily focused on acquiring contractors and prioritized registration and onboarding, talent profile, and screening.

Deferred physical contract signing to job application stage and enabled profile autofill from resumes to remove early friction.
Designed rich talent profiles to showcase work samples, verified reviews and references, and even video intros to help contractors highlight their strengths.
Incorporated AI for talent matching and analyzing key eligibility criteria in talent profiles to reduce screening effort.
